  • Travel to our New Jersey facility for hands-on training (up to ~3 months)

Requirements
What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate metal forming and slitting equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues and keep production running efficiently
  • Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Ensure product quality meets specifications
  • Follow all safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • (Travel Path) Train and mentor new operators after returning to Bryan
Who We're Looking For
  • 2-3+ years of machine operation or similar experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical manuals
  • Proven reliability and solid work history
  • Hands-on mindset-you enjoy fixing, adjusting, and improving equipment
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on a challenge
  • Training or mentoring experience (especially for travel path)

Highly valued experience:
  • Can-making or metal packaging
  • OBI or metal forming punch press
Schedule & Benefits
  • Transition to a 4-Day Work Week (Monday-Thursday) once equipment arrives and is up and running.
  • Overtime opportunities on Fridays. Saturdays are never mandated.
