Sr. Associate – IDAP Master Scheduler (P2 – P4)

Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Associate – IDAP Master Scheduler (P2 – P4) to schedule the assembly and packaging processes for Indianapolis Device Assembly and Packaging (IDAP). The position is a key contact for all technical and tactical planning information in the area and is the key link for all functions in the plant and in the broader supply chain for scheduling updates and issue resolution. Responsible for evaluation of capacity requirements for a resource and developing the assembly or packaging schedule. Focus is on translating demand forecasts (commercial & development) into the master schedule (planned in monthly and weekly buckets) and preparing the weekly Capacity Requirements Plan (CRP) and monthly Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) in order to coordinate all site production-related activities.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field and 2 years of academic or employment experience in manufacturing, packaging, and customer service. Academic or employment experience must include: experience using SAP; experience with MRPII and OSSCE; and experience with MRP and Excel. Part-time telecommuting may be permitted.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $71,531.00 - $97,426.00 per year. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
