Job description

The Cannabis Packaging Sales Representative will actively engage in client prospecting and sales negotiations with a focus on new client acquisition while maintaining relationships with existing customers. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role involves occasional local travel for client visits and daily use of CRM software to track and manage sales activities. This is a Commission Based Paid Position.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients in the cannabis market
  • Sell Packaging, Branding, and Labeling Supplies
  • Negotiate sales agreements to meet company targets
  • Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and sales data
  • Balance efforts between acquiring new clients and servicing existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team under the guidance of the Sales Manager
  • Attend occasional local client visits as required

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
