We are a leading staffing company seeking motivated individuals for the role of Packager to join our client who is known for their quality and high standards of RSO. The role involves preparing products for shipment, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Requirements / Responsibilities
  • Accurately package products according to company standards and guidelines
  • Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging
  • Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of packaging area
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Handle packaging equipment and tools responsibly
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 21+
  • Must pass any required background checks
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
  • Must possess valid driver's license
  • Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic math skills for counting and measuring
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages as required
