Job description

The Corrugated Packaging Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining corrugated packaging machinery to produce high-quality corrugated boxes and packaging products. This role ensures production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate corrugated packaging equipment and gluing machines.
  • Set up machines according to production specifications and work orders.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products for compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
  • Accurately record production data, downtime, waste, and quality checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members to resolve production issues.
  • Assist with material handling, inventory management, and changeovers between production runs.

Requirements
