Three Bakers - Moscow, PA

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
4-Day Workweek 3-Day Weekend Full-Time

Job Summary

Three Bakers is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our packaging and production team in Moscow, PA.

As a Food Packaging Associate, you will help prepare, package, and inspect our gluten-free bakery products before they are ready for shipment. Depending on the needs of the day, you may work on a production or packaging line, pack finished products, prepare boxes, assist with equipment, perform basic quality checks, and help keep the work area clean and organized.

Previous food manufacturing or packaging experience is not required - on-the-job training will be provided. We're looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do
  • Package and prepare finished confectionery and sourdough products
  • Work as part of a team on production and packaging lines
  • Inspect products for basic quality standards
  • Prepare boxes and other packaging materials
  • Operate or assist with production and packaging equipment after training
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and gluten-free procedures
  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized
  • Help the team with other production or packaging tasks as needed
