Job Description Summary

The Senior Relationship Manager II, Business Banking is responsible for acquisition, retention, and expansion of new and existing loan, deposit, and treasury relationships. This role provides exceptional customer service by taking ownership of the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and retain key credit and deposit relationships for the Bank.
  • Develop relationships with Attorneys, Management Companies, Accountants, Reserve/Engineers, Insurance and other industry related professionals.
  • Perform credit analysis for existing and prospective commercial customers of the Bank.
  • Assist with the ongoing credit monitoring functions including financial statement review and loan covenant compliance.
  • Documentation of loans and amendments.
  • Update CRM database activities
  • Weekly calls updated in Outlook Calendar daily
  • Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by manager
  • Keep up to-date with Compliance Training
  • Portfolio Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business or related field preferred
  • 7-10 years experience in a banking or related environment.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effectively present information in one-on one and group situations with all levels of individuals within the organization and/or industry.
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Explorer and Outlook. Also have the ability to learn bank systems and other software.
  • Be a strong team player, with the ability to multitask; have a high attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • This position will also require a willingness to put in extra hours as needed to complete projects with deadlines.
  • Up to 5-10% of work time will include travel.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000-$158,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
