This 12-week summer internship is designed to immerse professionals within our Product Management organization, tasked with analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations that influence key business decisions. Interns will gain exposure to senior leaders, participate in professional development sessions, and build lasting connections through curated networking opportunities.

Job Description

Internship Responsibilities:
Intern responsibilities will vary based on functional placement, but typical responsibilities include:

  • Translate customer, market, product, and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Deliver a meaningful project that influences product strategy, portfolio decisions, commercialization, or business performance

  • Develop and present actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

  • Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts

  • Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems

  • Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree

  • 3+ years of professional business experience in a relevant field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience

  • Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
