  • Collaborate with EVP, Creative and Marketing teams to develop packaging and visual merchandising concepts
  • Conceptualize and render innovative primary and secondary packaging designs
  • Create packaging mock-ups and prototypes for product launches
  • Design retail displays, planograms, and presentation materials
  • Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and standards
  • Monitor global retail and beauty trends to inform design direction
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Present creative concepts and ideas to senior management
[Qualifications]

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Packaging Design / Graphic Design / Digital Media or related field
