Production Packager


Are you a detail-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced, aromatic environment? We are looking for a reliable Production Packager to join our Appleton client’s growing team. In this role, you will be the final set of hands ensuring high-quality products are weighed, sealed, and prepared correctly for our customers.


Position –Production Packager

Job Location –Appleton

Starting Date –ASAP

Employment Term –Temp to hire

Employment Type –Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay –$17/hr

Required Experience –Some manufacturing experience is helpful




Responsibilities

  • Package & Seal: Accurately weigh and fill bags according to specific order requirements.
  • Quality Control: Inspect packaging for proper seals, correct labeling, and overall presentation.
  • Organization: Assist in boxing finished products and prepping shipments for delivery or retail.
  • Maintenance: Keep a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Teamwork: Coordinate with the roasting and fulfillment teams to meet daily production goals.


Qualifications

  • Detail Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods and capable of lifting up to 30–50 lbs.
  • Reliability: Strong attendance record and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, production, or food service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
