Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details
  • Facility Type: Outpatient
  • Average 12-13 visits per day with scheduling based on cancellation rate approximately 25%
  • Monday-Friday with two late days from 10 AM to 7 PM; the rest from 8 AM to 5 PM with 1 hour lunch
