Job description

Warehouse Package Handler

Join a fast-paced logistics and distribution team supporting high-volume warehouse operations. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who can work efficiently in a structured environment while maintaining safety and accuracy. Package Handlers will play a key role in sorting, loading, and preparing shipments for daily distribution.

Location: Randolph, MA 02368

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | 1:30 AM โ€“ 7:00 AM (Launch Schedule) Shift may transition to 3:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 AM after the first few months.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Duties
  • Load and unload trucks using manual labor and pallet jacks.
  • Sort, stage, and palletize packages for outbound shipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution.
  • Scan and track inventory using RF scanners.
  • Wrap pallets and ensure shipments are properly secured.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (as certified).
  • Support general warehouse operations including material handling and replenishment.
  • Perform light production or assembly line tasks as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Assist with breaking down boxes and general facility cleanup.
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working overnight/early morning shifts.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift.
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus (certification preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required.
