Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Looking for a stable Monday through Friday schedule with early afternoons off? We are hiring Packaging Specialists to join a fast-paced food production team! In this role, you will help package products.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for reliable individuals looking to gain experience in manufacturing and packaging, with the clear potential to convert to a permanent employee.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Package Products: Sort, weigh, fill, and seal bags or containers of candy and nuts by hand or using automated machinery.
  • Adapt on the Fly: Switch between various roles in packaging and production based on daily team needs.
  • Quality Control: Inspect items to ensure products are correctly weighed and properly sealed for distribution.
  • Maintain Workstations: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.


What You Need to Succeed

  • Requirements: Must obtain an Arizona Food Handlers Card prior to your start date.
  • Physical Agility: Ability to stand for your entire shift, bend, twist, reach above shoulders, and push.
  • Lifting Capability: Comfortably lift up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 40 lbs independently as needed.
  • Allergy Awareness: Must be comfortable working in a food processing environment where nuts are packaged.
  • Mindset: Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn in a team environment.
