Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Production Associate for one of our clients. This role involves safe and efficient operation across a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing of food products. You will have the opportunity to work in different general labor positions, such as Palletizer, Material Handler, Packer, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate various production equipment, such as boxing machines, scales, pallet jacks, and more.
  • Perform line sanitation duties and ensure a clean workspace at the end of each shift.
  • Set up production lines by retrieving materials from the BOM (Bill of Materials) and ensuring proper equipment setup.
  • Monitor and maintain product quality, ensuring all packaging meets standards and labels are accurate.
  • Participate in on-going training to expand your skills and assist with production goals.
  • Inspect cases for proper code dates, seals, and product condition, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: 6AM - 2PM 
  • 2nd Shift: 2PM - 10PM 
  • 3rd Shift: 10PM - 6AM 
Pay:
  • 1st - $16/hr 
  • 2nd - $16.50/hr 
  • 3rd - $17/hr 
 
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different production lines
  • Must be comfortable working in a facility where allergens like milk, eggs, peanuts, soy, and wheat are processed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
