What is a package delivery associate?

Package Delivery Associates are professionals responsible for transporting packages from distribution centers to customers’ homes or businesses. They ensure timely and accurate delivery, handle packages with care, and may interact directly with customers to obtain signatures or provide delivery updates. The role often requires driving a delivery vehicle, following specific routes, and adhering to company and safety policies. Package Delivery Associates typically work for courier companies, retailers, or logistics providers.
