Job description

The Client Delivery Associate supports R1’s Revenue Performance Services, including DRG Validation and Charge Capture solutions. This role assists with internal initiatives and client product implementation through data verification, report creation, trend documentation, and client support. Success requires strong attention to detail, intermediate or advanced Excel skills, reporting and data validation experience, client service orientation, organization, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Create, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad hoc client reports and dashboards.

  • Validate data accuracy and integrity, identifying trends, errors, and opportunity areas that impact client outcomes, reporting, or revenue.

  • Support reporting enhancements, including Power BI development and data visualization.

  • Maintain reporting schedules, client documentation, and operational processes.

  • Assist with client implementations, ongoing account maintenance, and administrative support activities.

  • Contribute to team goals, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education Level

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Experience Level

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,664.00 - $72,250.29 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
