Are you a team player with a passion for ensuring products reach customers with precision and care? Mainely Tubs is seeking dedicated Delivery Crew Associates to join our dynamic team. If you're ready to collaborate, deliver with efficiency and uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction, this is the role for you!


What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the delivery and installation of hot tubs at customer homes
  • Load and unload hot tubs and delivery equipment from trucks
  • Work safely and efficiently as part of a team to maneuver hot tubs into place
  • Help with setup, leveling, and removal of packaging materials
  • Interact professionally with customers while on-site
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Punctual, dependable, and comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license preferred (but not required)
  • Previous delivery or moving experience a plus, but not necessary-we'll train the right person!

*Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift and move heavy items (up to 100 lbs. with team assistance)
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing in and out of trucks throughout the workday.
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions year-round (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.).
  • Ability to operate dollies, straps, hand trucks, and other delivery equipment safely and effectively.
  • Manual dexterity required for handling tools, securing loads, and performing setup tasks at customer sites.
  • Capacity to work in tight or awkward spaces during installations or service delivery.
  • Ability to drive for extended periods and maintain alertness and focus while operating company vehicles.
