Co-Pack Specialist Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule: Full time,ย 4-day work week.
  • Production Line Operation: Operate co-packing production lines and ensure accurate sell-by date coding.
  • Product Handling: Pack products on an assembly line into cartons, trays, and pallets.
  • Material Management: Receive, store, and replenish raw materials and finished goods.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and stage customer orders for shipment.
  • Department Support: Provide backup assistance to the repack department as needed.
  • Inventory Skills: Apply strong mathematical skills for effective inventory management and order processing.

Co-Pack Specialist Qualifications

  • Age (Required): Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience (Preferred): 1 year of experience working on an assembly line, a warehouse environment, packing, or material handling.
  • Equipment Operation (Preferred): Electric pallet jack certification.
  • Education (Preferred): High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Urgency & Accuracy: Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Work Ethic and Reliability: Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety in all tasks.
