Pay: $18/per hour
Job Summary

The Pick/Pack Associate is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by selecting products, verifying order accuracy, packing shipments, and preparing orders for distribution. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to meet daily productivity goals, and a commitment to quality and safety
Essential Responsibilities
  • Pick customer orders using manual paper pick sheets.& RF Scanners
  • Verify correct item, size, color, and quantity before packing.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment.
  • Create shipping labels using computer applications.
  • Utilize scanning systems to ensure order accuracy.
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts as assigned.
  • Process customer returns and credits when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
