Our Front-of The House (FOH) Restaurant Manager / Dining Room Manager is responsible for daily operations of the front-of-the-house functions in the restaurant, including appearance, presentation, guest experience, professional leadership, and direction to front-of-the-house Ohana Members. Our goal is to enable the members of our Management Team to have a balanced quality of life and create long-term wealth for themselves.
We're looking for passionate people to join our Ohana, Hawaiian for "family", and grow with us. Requirements:
Fine Dining Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
* High school diploma or GED required
* Four-year degree in relevant industry preferred, but not required
* 2+ years of experience in polished casual/fine dining restaurant
* Prior management experience preferred
