**Job Description:**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Program Manager** to join our team! In this role you will get to be the central point of contact for the customer supporting a high performing/high tempo DoW logistics program management organization. You will be responsible for the accountability, sustainability, maintainability, quality and efficiency of a program with global reach.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Be responsible for representing Parsons to the client and ensuring your high performing team is exceeding client expectations related to cost, schedule, and performance

+ Lead staff through complex global DoW logistics challenges

+ Manage subject matter leads including logisticians, operations managers, engineers, and technical field service representatives

+ Assign responsibility for executing project plan activities to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths

+ Be accountable for all program deliverables and quality oversight

+ Perform program risk management responsibilities

+ Participate in recruiting and hiring activities

+ Help Parsons grow the business with this key client

+ Manage subcontractors

+ Be responsible for P&L with minimal oversight

+ Manage dedicated company support leads to facilitate operation of the support

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Active Top-Secret level clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access

+ Master's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Project Management, Business Management/Administration or other related technical field

+ Current Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute

+ 20+ years of relevant experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing complex logistics challenges

+ Previous program manager experience on programs worth $100M or more in total value

+ Experience managing within the US Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR)

+ Core knowledge of:

+ Modeling and Simulation

+ Facility repairs, maintenance, and movement

+ Deployment and distribution

+ Base, Port, and Airfield operations

+ Warehousing/supply

+ Engineering Services

+ Operational contract support

+ Exercise and training support

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Experience organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks

+ Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within a customer organization

+ Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute those items in accordance with approved plans

+ Experience with FEDSIM proposals and contracts

+ Experience with Special Operations Community

+ Experience operating with any of the following commands

+ US Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC)

+ US Pacific Fleet (PACFLT)

+ US Army Pacific (USARPAC)

+ US Pacific Air Forces (PACAF)

+ US Marine Corps Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC)

**Security Clearance Requirement:**

An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.
