Key Holder – West of Camden (Pacific City, Huntington Beach)

West of Camden is a boutique retail store located in Pacific City in Huntington Beach, offering a curated mix of men’s, women’s, and kids apparel, accessories, and lifestyle goods.

We are currently hiring a Key Holder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with prior retail experience who is ready to take on more responsibility, help lead the sales floor, and grow within the company.

As a Key Holder, you will work closely with management to support daily store operations, including opening and closing, while delivering a strong customer experience and contributing to sales goals.


What You’ll Do
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
  • Assist customers with product selection and styling
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support sales and reduce returns
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer questions and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Work independently during slower periods while maintaining store standards
  • Assist in maintaining store organization, cleanliness, and visual standards


What We’re Looking For
  • Previous retail experience required (boutique or fashion retail preferred)
  • Prior key holder or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed
  • Comfortable using POS systems, iPads, and basic computer programs
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, especially during weekends and peak seasons


Schedule & Availability
  • 20–30+ hours per week to start.
  • Must be available on weekends and most holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)


Pay & Perks
  • $17.75 – $18.50 per hour + Monthly Commission
