Baldwin Academy – Pacific Beach

Baldwin Academy is a structured, academically focused preschool in Pacific Beach seeking a dependable and nurturing Teacher or Teacher Aide to support our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and understands the importance of calm, attentive care in a professional, well-organized preschool environment.
Position

• Full-Time: 8:00am–5:00pm
Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily care routines (including diapering, feeding, and supervision as needed)
• Engaging with children through floor-level interaction and age-appropriate developmental play
• Maintaining a calm, positive classroom environment
• Following classroom schedules and routines
• Assisting with transitions and active supervision
• Supporting overall classroom organization and cleanliness
