Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; occasional evenings as operational needs require
Position Summary
The Director of Operations is responsible for running the day-to-day operating engine of Omatochi. This role ensures that intake, client services, scheduling, support, and operational compliance functions work together smoothly, predictably, and at scale.
The Director of Operations brings structure, accountability, and discipline to execution so teams can deliver high-quality services without reliance on constant escalation or heroics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Leaddaily operations across Intake & Authorizations, Client Services (CSand ECM), Scheduling, Support Desk, and operational compliance.
  • Ensurework flows cleanly across teams with clear ownership and documentedhand-offs.
  • Identifyand resolve operational bottlenecks that impact service quality or teamcapacity.

Operating Rhythm and Accountability
  • Establishand run a weekly operating cadence with written reporting, KPI review, andfollow-through.
  • Holdmanagers accountable for performance, documentation, and execution againstdefined expectations.
  • Ensuredecisions are documented, tracked, and completed.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partnerclosely with Revenue Operations leadership to ensure operational readinessfor billing and cash conversion, without owning revenue execution.
  • Workwith People Operations to signal staffing needs and operational capacityconstraints.
  • Coordinatewith Clinical & Compliance leadership to support audit readiness andquality standards.

Issue Resolution and Risk Management
  • Serveas the escalation point for cross-team operational issues.
  • Proactivelyidentify risks and surface them with data-backed recommendations.
  • Maintain operational stability during periods of growth or change.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum8 years of operations leadership experience
  • Experiencemanaging multi-team service delivery environments
  • Provensuccess implementing KPI-driven operating rhythms
  • Strongwritten communication and executive-level follow-through
