Job Description:
The Project Manager, PE will be responsible for leading engineering projects from initial planning through design and implementation. This individual will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, quality control, and client relationships while coordinating with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, oversee project execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position offers significant client interaction, technical leadership responsibilities, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple engineering and infrastructure projects simultaneously
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans
• Lead quality control reviews and ensure project deliverables meet company standards
• Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and project documents
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and provide technical guidance to staff

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required

• Experience managing public-sector, municipal, transportation, aviation, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar engineering software preferred
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
