Shift: Day Shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime as required after hours/Saturdays, as necessary.)

Job Description

The object of this position is to produce a high-quality wood product safely and efficiently. We have a variety of hourly production positions that we can explore to determine what department and position best fit your interests, skills, and experience.

Some Job Duties May Include:
  • Operating various woodworking machines and/or heavy machinery
  • Operating pneumatic tools such as a sander, drill, nail gun, etc.
  • Reviewing customer orders and keeping orders organized while within assigned department
  • Ensuring quality assurance while operating within your department
  • Operation of paint guns
  • Applying finishes/paints when necessary
  • Wipe staining
  • Assembling wood cabinets and doors
  • Loading and shipping the product to the consumer
Job Qualifications
  • Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours per day
  • Ability to use hands to handle the products continuously throughout the day
  • Ability to proficiently read a tape measure
  • Ability to regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and squat
  • Attention to detail
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs, regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 to 100 lbs
  • No prior work experience or education is required, but is a plus
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
