About the role

We're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team at the Roanoke facility. You'll be responsible for operating forklifts to move materials, load and unload shipments, and support daily production and inventory operations.

  • This role is onsite at our Roanoke, Texas location
  • Hourly Rate: $19/hr
  • PTO: This role offers paid vacation & sick days
  • Benefits: Coverage for you as well as your family, company pays 75%
  • We have 2 potential shifts. Below, we will ask which ones you are interested in and please check all that apply
    • Weekday Shift:  Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm 
    • Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5 am - 6 pm
In this role, you will:
  • Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products.
  • Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and care.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and follow safety guidelines.
  • Support inventory management and perform cycle counts.
  • Communicate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
We're looking for someone who:
  • 3+ years previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production setting.
  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
