Job description

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting construction projects from start to finish, assisting with site preparation, equipment operation, material handling, and a variety of general construction activities.

This is a long-term opportunity with a stable and expanding company offering consistent work and career growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with job site preparation and cleanup
  • Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently
  • Install fuel product lines
  • Pour concrete tank pads
  • Install fuel dispensers
  • Remove and replace concrete
  • Perform piping installation
  • Complete general labor tasks as assigned
  • Support daily project needs (tasks may vary by day)

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to use hands and arms extensively for handling, reaching, and operating tools
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and sloped grades, and walk on uneven terrain
  • Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, or humid conditions
  • Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, machinery, and elevated noise levels
  • Strong attention to safety practices
  • Excellent driving record required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
