Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
Overview
The Coordinator, Solutions & Brand Consulting will be responsible for supporting Solutions and Strategy initiatives at Oak View Group. Daily responsibilities will include leading the creation of sales materials, developing partnership packages, and coordinating operations across the company. Storytellers, creative and commercially aggressive professionals who have a desire to create as well as build world-class partnerships and solutions for sports & entertainment properties to support the sales process, make a great fit for the role.
This role pays an hourly rate of $26.00-$30.00 and is bonus eligible.
Benefits for full-time roles: health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) savings plan; 401(k) matching; and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).
This position will remain open until August 28, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Work with Solutions, the Commercial Strategy team, and the Sales team on writing/compiling all sponsorship proposals and sales materials.
  • Lead aggregation of materials across internal Partnerships teams while working with creative to manage the sales material creation process.
  • Maintain information reliability across sales platforms and materials in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead brainstorms around prospective partners, including research, sending follow-up emails on key assets and positioning, outlining deadlines for internal processes, and staying on deadlines for pitch timing/expectations.
  • Compose partnership deal terms based on solutions, sales staff, and/or client direction.
  • Conduct data analysis and find strategic alignment between OVG properties and prospective brands for partnership opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with the Global Partnerships team and other internal stakeholders of different internal departments and vet all proposals through appropriate departments for approval and ensure completion of the sales process.
  • Communicate effectively with the design team to ensure high-quality mockups and presentation materials (videos, slide decks, spreadsheets, and additional materials if needed).
  • Create and manage profit-and-loss statements for some prospective partnerships.
  • Coordinate sales meeting setup and internal schedule coordination.
  • Support Solutions leadership on special projects, such as property-specific sales initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of sports industry experience and preferably sponsorship, advertising, and marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; business and/or sports concentration preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to write bespoke deck outlines, create unique sales materials and outline complex partnership activations into concise briefs/decks.
  • Understanding of the partnership space, overall business and value of partnerships within our industry.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal departments and business partners, including sponsors, vendors, and media partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, and any other design/proposal software.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
