What is an Overstock Warehouse?

An Overstock Warehouse is a facility that stores surplus inventory, often including items that retailers were unable to sell, discontinued products, or excess stock from manufacturers. These warehouses help businesses manage excess goods by providing storage and often selling the items at discounted prices to clear out inventory. Overstock warehouses are essential in the supply chain for controlling inventory levels and minimizing losses from unsold products. They may also serve as distribution centers for reselling these goods to consumers or other businesses.
