The Role

Are you passionate about customer service? Do you have an interest in real estate? Do you thrive when leading people and building relationships? If so, Fidelity Real Estate is seeking a Manager of Facilities and Operations to join our team!

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide a magnetic and vibrant workplace experience for all Fidelity associates and visitors by leading the delivery of on-site amenities and hospitality services.

You will provide vendor oversight and deliver on the strategy that is set for food and beverage, fitness and wellness programs. You will also support multifaceted real estate products and service initiatives.

This role is based out of Salt Lake City, UT and has regional responsibilities and personnel in Denver Colorado, Salt Lake City Utah, San Francisco California, and Albuquerque New Mexico. This team of on-site associates is highly visible and readily available to respond to associate needs.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in hospitality or customer service field is required.
  • Corporate real estate knowledge desired, particularly in building operations.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is valued.
  • Experience developing a team.
  • Experience with vendor management, including performance accountability, contract compliance, and risk management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excel at meeting new people and networking and have a compassionate, thoughtful, and respectful demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Direct a team focused on delivering quality services that enable the success of Fidelity businesses.
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, and work ethic.

The Facilities Operations team manages more than 7 million square feet of space in the United States and overseas and ensures a safe and productive environment for employees while maintaining best-in-class real estate for our visitors and clients. We are customer-centric and focus on delivering solutions that meet the needs of Fidelity associates at all levels.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
