  • Job Title: Overseas Warehouse Solution Manager
  • Location: Fontana, CA or City of Industry, CA
  • Annual Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 USD + Annual Performance Bonus

Position Overview:
Responsible for designing and optimizing logistics solutions for the North American market. You will bridge the gap between client needs and warehouse operations, focusing on cost efficiency (IRR), compliance (HazMat/Customs), and last-mile optimization.
What You'll Do
Solution Design:
  • Develop customized warehousing and distribution plans for E-commerce sellers (TikTok, Temu, Amazon).
  • Design workflows for small/oversized items or HazMat storage and handling.

Cost & Profitability Analysis:
  • Calculate project IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and payback periods for new warehouse setups.
  • Optimize Last-mile pricing strategies to maintain margins under "Platform-Mandated Labels."

Exception & Compliance Management:
  • Define SOPs for OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) and other Inbound/Outbound Exceptions.Ensure compliance with California CUPA/HMBP regulations for hazardous materials.

Market Insight Exception & Competitive Assessment
  • Client Insight & Needs Analysis: Identify, extract, and analyze the pain points and requirements of both cross-border and local US clientele
  • Competitor Benchmarking & Capability Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive research and evaluation of overseas warehouse capabilities, focusing on operational efficiency, pricing structures, and geographic coverage

About You
  • Experience: 3-5 years in solution design, with 1-2 years directly related to overseas warehouse planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to extract, manipulate, and visualize data.
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting tools to support business decisions.
  • Understanding of transportation concepts including pricing, carrier selection, service levels, and operational challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (sales, procurement, product, operations).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
