Group Sales Associate
Reporting to: Director, Group Sales

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Position Summary
Grand Circle Corporation is the leader in international travel, adventure and discovery for Americans aged 50+. Headquartered in Boston MA, and with more than 35 offices globally, more than two million Americans have traveled with our award-winning travel brands: Grand Circle Cruise Line, Overseas Adventure Travel and Grand Circle Travel.
We're looking for a Group Sales Associate to help connect communities, organizations, and affinity groups with meaningful small-group adventures around the world. This role builds partnerships, creates new business opportunities, and helps organizations bring unforgettable travel experiences to their members through strategic outreach, relationship building, and thoughtful follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new affinity partnerships through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Manage and grow a strong pipeline of opportunities, guiding prospects from introduction to departure.
  • Build trust with affinity organizations, group leaders, and community stakeholders through consultative selling and thoughtful follow-through.
  • Strengthen existing partner relationships and help drive repeat business through exceptional service and account support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for Group Leaders and their travelers.
  • Represent Overseas Adventure Travel in partner meetings, events, and key business development conversations.
  • Travel periodically to cultivate relationships and support important business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience developing business relationships and growing customer or partner accounts.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • A customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Comfort prospecting for new business, taking ownership of results, and working toward goals in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of audiences and balance professionalism with warmth, persistence, and follow-through.
  • Experience working with associations, affinity groups, educational institutions, membership organizations, or community-based groups is a plus.

Total Rewards
The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 annually for employees based in Boston, MA. Final compensation may vary and will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus and $45,000 annual commission plan. first-class benefits, which include:
