Overview
Pay: $21.00 an hour
Location: 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049
(This is the only location for this role.)
Shifts available: | Overnight Shift (8PM-6AM)
Full-Time | On-Site | 4-Day Work Weeks | Weekend availability required

Calo Programs is hiring Behavior Health Associates, also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, or Behavioral Health Technicians, to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges.
This is a year-round opportunity (not seasonal) to grow your career while doing meaningful, purpose-driven work in a nationally recognized residential treatment program.

Responsibilities
  • Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development
  • Engage in group therapy and team-building activities
  • Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment
  • Participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
  • Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams
  • Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Age 21+
  • Ability to pass background checks and physical
  • Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required)

EMTs and those with first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
