Job description

Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized leader in person-centered care, is seeking free-floating RN Supervisor, at its Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Community, located on the West-side of Cleveland.

Hours for the available positions are 7:00am-7:30pm and 7:00pm - 7:30am.

This position is responsible for coordinating the activities of nursing assistants to ensure resident's needs are met, complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments needed to plan care interventions, administer direct resident care including medication and communicate with the resident's family about changes in conditions. Supervision of all teams. Assistance with rearranging schedules following call-offs. Listening to and reporting employee and resident concerns. In-servicing staff. Monitoring staff charting completion. Assisting with resetting staff passwords when needed.

Requirements include:

ยท Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.

ยท Long term care experience preferred.

ยท Supervisory experience preferred.

ยท Basic computer proficiency.

ยท Written and oral communication skills; demonstrated listening skills.

ยท Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities with demanding time frames; strong organizational skills.
