Overnight Veterinary Cardiologists specialize in diagnosing and treating heart conditions in animals, often working in specialty clinics or referral hospitals. They typically hold advanced certifications in veterinary cardiology and work primarily in a clinical setting. Emergency Veterinary Veterinarians provide urgent care for a variety of medical emergencies, including cardiac issues, and work in emergency clinics or hospitals. While both roles may work overnight, the cardiologist focuses on heart-specific care, whereas emergency vets handle a broad range of urgent health issues.
