Job Title: Vehicle Integration & Testing Engineer
Location: Gaffney, SC

Job Summary:ย We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Integration & Testing Engineer to support prototype vehicle builds and validation activities. The role focuses on integration, testing, and analysis of vehicle systems to ensure performance, durability, and reliability standards are achieved.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare prototype build areas and support full vehicle assembly activities
  • Execute integration of mechanical and electrical systems for test vehicles
  • Conduct testing including functional, durability, reliability, and fuel economy
  • Utilize instrumentation tools, hydraulic and pneumatic systems for testing
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
  • Support design reviews and provide early feedback to engineering teams
  • Maintain accurate test documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate ride & drive events and field testing activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Associateโ€™s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
  • 1โ€“4 years of relevant experience in vehicle testing or integration
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and control systems
  • Experience with prototype builds and testing environments

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of CAN tools (CANalyzer, J1939)
  • Experience with data acquisition tools (eDAQ)
  • Exposure to climatic chambers and test tracks
