Registered Nurse (RN) – Pre-Op / Recovery

A premier medical facility in Queens, NY is seeking a dedicated, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join their clinical team. This is a collaborative, permanent position focusing primarily on pre-operative care with supportive multidisciplinary staff.

Full-time, permanent role Monday through Friday schedule Overtime opportunities available and compensated at time-and-a-half

$60.00 per hour Compensation determined based on experience and qualifications

Provide exceptional patient care in a clinical outpatient or surgical setting, with a primary focus on the pre-operative (pre-op) area.

Work primarily in the pre-operative area preparing patients for procedures Assist in the recovery area approximately once or twice per month, monitoring patients during post-operative recovery Provide language translation services to patients as needed Maintain accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation and collaborate with surgical and support staff

Fluency in Russian is required. Georgian and Uzbek language skills are highly preferred

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
