What is an overnight trading card game?

An Overnight Trading Card Game job typically involves managing, organizing, and possibly selling trading card game (TCG) products or hosting TCG events during overnight shifts. This role may include tasks like restocking shelves, processing online orders, monitoring inventory, and assisting customers in a retail or warehouse setting. The position requires knowledge of popular trading card games, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during late-night hours.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an overnight trading card game specialist?

To thrive as an Overnight Trading Card Game Specialist, you need deep knowledge of trading card games (like Magic: The Gathering or Pokémon), inventory management, and retail sales experience, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. Job description

Director, Product Managment-Virtual Card Platform

Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry.

Do you dream of more elegant and intuitive products and customer experiences? Do you want to be the one who introduces change to help tens of millions of customers make smarter financial choices? Do you want to change the way people manage their money? You have to ask yourself...do you feel like making an impact?

About the Team
As a Product Director on the Virtual Card team, you will lead the core platform and underlying capabilities that power our virtual cards and digital wallets. You'll set the long-term vision for this space, looking around corners to anticipate where payments are headed so we can build the necessary backend capabilities well before they hit the critical path.

You will own performance across the full spend lifecycle-from card creation and authorization to settlement and post-disruption updates like network account updaters. Because our platform connects with more than a dozen internal and external systems, you'll focus on building modular, flexible capabilities that let other teams launch features quickly, while continuously simplifying our processes and leveraging AI tools to drive team efficiency and speed up delivery.

In this role, you will build and lead a team of product managers, establish a multi-year capability roadmap, and partner heavily across our engineering and business orgs. Your success will come down to balancing complex technical dependencies with commercial priorities, ensuring our platform is resilient, scalable, and ready for whatever comes next.

  • Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value
  • Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks
  • Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

We want you if you are:

  • Intellectually Curious. You're comfortable navigating between the big ideas and executional realities to create an achievable strategic Product Vision. Comfortable with ambiguity, a hunger to learn and a seeker of new challenges.

  • Communicator & Influencer. You're comfortable influencing a group of executives as well as communicating your product vision clearly to your associates and partners. You can be open to different communication styles and listen carefully to diverse sets of ideas.

  • A Do-er. You're biased toward action, and are willing to make commitments and trade-offs with other leaders to remove impediments for your team; you are a leader obsessed with delivering valuable in an iterative way focusing in minimum viable product

  • Passionate & Customer Focused. You care about growing others and bringing them together around what's possible. You have a desire and ability to connect with our external or internal customers to fully understand their needs and build long lasting relationships.

  • A Learner. You have an appetite to learn new things or new technologies all while exhibiting humbleness when exploring unknown technologies; you will seek for internal solutions before building new

  • A Team Player. You enjoy working with diverse people and driving the team toward a common goal. You are also able to coach others and be a mentor in product development.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
