What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide top-tier termite and pest control services in a variety of environments.
  • Work outdoors in all types of weatherโ€”hot, cold, or wet.
  • Operate independently in the field, Monday to Saturday (with some flexibility for weekend work as needed).
  • Be an essential part of a team that plays a vital role in our customersโ€™ safety and well-being.

What We Expect From You:

  • MUST HAVE a termite license and previous experience. Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of termite behavior, treatment methods, and pest control regulations.
  • Physical Stamina: This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather.
  • Dependability: We expect you to show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us.
  • Strong Driving Record: Must have held a valid driverโ€™s license for at least 4 years, with no more than 2 violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years. No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 5 years.
  • Pass a Drug Test: Be prepared to pass a drug test during the interview and random tests thereafter.
  • Age Requirement: Insurance coverage requires employees to be 21 or older.
