What will you contribute? Working closely with the Head of Lending Program Management as a Technical Program/Project Manager, you will lead Lending projects and initiatives while influencing product, engineering, delivery, and partner teams to achieve goals and objectives. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with stakeholders, championing a culture of accountability and consistent application of project & program management practices.

Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Lead project planning sessions

Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience working with software developers, scrum masters, and/or product managers as a technical project/program manager at a technology company
  • Lead crossโ€‘functional coordination and team communications to deliver highโ€‘impact project outcomes
  • Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time)
  • Execute corporateโ€‘wide initiatives: defined program plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, and developed all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
  • Lead multiple technical programs, leading crossโ€‘functional teams to bring products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and fineโ€‘tuning the program as needed
  • Inโ€‘depth experience with specific agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFE
  • Highly adaptable in a fastโ€‘paced hyperโ€‘growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity
  • Dataโ€‘driven, confident, and capable of producing weekly status reports and executive updates
  • Decisive โ€“ able to gather the necessary data to make informed, critical decisions quickly

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Sandy Springs, GA with a 2 days/week inโ€‘office requirement. Applicants must be located in the posted location or its immediate surrounding areas. The position is not available for candidates residing in New York City or California.
