Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie?
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Requirements-Engineering-Aktivitäten in anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten sowie Ãœbernahme fachlicher Verantwortung für definierte Arbeitspakete
  • Fachliche Führung von Requirements-Engineering-Aktivitäten innerhalb größerer Projekte oder Projektabschnitte.
  • Verantwortung für die Qualität und Konsistenz der Anforderungsbasis sowie Unterstützung bei Assessments und Audits.
  • Fachliche Begleitung, Unterstützung und Wissensvermittlung für Junior Requirements Engineers sowie Projektmitarbeitende
  • Analyse, Strukturierung, Modellierung, Spezifikation und Ableitung von Anforderungen aus Kundenanforderungen, Normen, Spezifikationen, Stakeholder-Interviews und Workshops
  • Planung, Moderation und Steuerung von Workshops zur Anforderungserhebung und Anforderungsabstimmung
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer konsistenten Anforderungsstruktur über alle Ebenen des Systems (System, Subsystem, Komponente und Design)
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Requirements-Management-Plänen, Prozessen und Methoden
  • Aufbau, Pflege und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Traceability von Anforderungen über den gesamten Entwicklungs- und Nachweisprozess
  • Mitarbeit bei der Definition, Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Requirements-Engineering-Strategie innerhalb von Projekten
  • Durchführung und Moderation von Reviews, Audits sowie Unterstützung bei Freigabe- und Änderungsprozessen
  • Fachliche Beratung von Kunden zu Methoden, Prozessen und Best Practices im Requirements Engineering
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, Aufwandsschätzungen und technischen Konzepten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Systems Engineering, Safety, Security, Verification & Validation sowie Projektmanagement
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Requirements-Engineering-Methoden, Templates und Standards innerhalb von InterEngineer
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Entwicklungs- und Engineering-Prozessen im Umfeld Requirements Engineering.
  • Mitarbeit in sicherheitsrelevanten und normativ geprägten Projekten, insbesondere im Umfeld Bahntechnik, Functional Safety und Zulassung
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen im Themenfeld Requirements Engineering.

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder technisch nahen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Requirements Engineering und Requirements Management in komplexen technischen Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Bearbeitung und fachlichen Koordination von Requirements-Engineering-Arbeitspaketen in interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Sichere Anwendung von Methoden zur Anforderungserhebung, Analyse, Strukturierung, Spezifikation und Verifikation von Anforderungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Aufbau und Management von Traceability-Konzepten sowie im Änderungsmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Behörden, Stakeholdern und Entwicklungsteams
  • Erfahrung in normativ geprägten Entwicklungsprojekten, idealerweise im Umfeld sicherheitskritischer Systeme
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
  • Erfahrung in Bahnprojekten wünschenswert
Von Vorteil:
  • Zertifizierung als IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse der Normen EN 50126, EN 50129, IEC 61508 oder vergleichbarer Standards
  • Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung im Bahnumfeld oder in anderen sicherheitskritischen Branchen
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Systems Engineering, Safety Engineering oder Zulassung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Requirements-Management-Werkzeugen wie Polarion, IBM DOORS Next, Codebeamer oder vergleichbaren Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Moderation komplexer Workshops sowie in der Konflikt- und Entscheidungsmoderation
  • Erfahrung im Coaching oder Mentoring von Junior Requirements Engineers
