POSITION STATEMENT:

We are seeking an Overnight Detail Supervisor to join our accomplished team of professional Detailers. The ODS will be responsible for maintaining the quality of our fleet while managing the detail team during the overnight shifts. This role ensures that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. Under the direct supervision of the Detail and Facilities Supervisor, the individual is responsible for the interior and exterior cleanliness of all RMA vehicles - Sedans, SUVs, Shuttle Buses, and Motorcoach Buses (occasionally). The supervisor must hold a CDL, as you will support the team with cleaning, transporting, and dumping the buses as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Supervise the overnight detail team, ensuring vehicles are cleaned on time and meet RMA standards.
• Create a Detail schedule to ensure adequate coverage throughout the night shift
• Train new employees in proper cleaning and detail techniques, safety procedures, and company protocols.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards for cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure they are used safely and correctly.
• Drive CDL vehicles into wash bays to get cleaned.
• Drive Motor Coach buses to our Forestville Location to get dumped as needed
• Address employee concerns and provide coaching and performance feedback as needed.
• Reviewing and approving employee hours and time.
• Hand washing vehicles assuring all vehicles receive the care they require.
• Cleaning interior including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and glass cleaning.
• Other duties as assigned
