As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), You Will:

  • Safely administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and community policies
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassionate, personalized care
  • Accurately document medication administration and resident observations
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional care
  • Help create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can thrive

What We're Looking For

  • Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
