Job description

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Stocker to support warehouse operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a dependable individual with hands-on experience operating a reach truck and using RF terminals/scanners.


Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock and organize products in designated storage locations.
  • Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement.
  • Pick and move materials according to orders and work instructions.
  • Safely operate a reach truck to move and store inventory.
  • Use RF terminals/handheld scanners to locate, scan, pick, and track inventory.
  • Verify product quantities, labels, and storage locations.
  • Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies or damaged products.
  • Stage materials for shipping or delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Experience

  • Previous warehouse or stocking experience required.
  • Reach truck experience required.
  • RF terminal/scanner experience required.
  • Experience with receiving, stocking, picking, and organizing inventory.
  • Ability to accurately read product labels and follow inventory procedures.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Basic reading, writing, counting, and inventory skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
