Warehouse Stocker

The Warehouse Stocker is responsible for receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory throughout the fulfillment center to ensure product is accurately stocked, accessible, and ready for order fulfillment.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips or purchase orders.
  • Unload pallets and cases using manual or powered material handling equipment.
  • Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
  • Stock, restock, and organize inventory in designated bins, shelves, or storage locations following warehouse slotting standards.
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or mislabeled products.
  • Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Scan and label products accurately using handheld scanners or warehouse management system (WMS) tools.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other equipment as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior warehouse, stocking, or fulfillment center experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout a shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking and labeling
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners a plus
  • Good communication, organizational and time management skills
