Job Summary
The Athletic Club of Columbus is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our overnight team. This role ensures the smooth operation of the club's front desk and financial processes during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the club's commitment to excellence and tradition.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in late-arriving guests and members.
- Respond to overnight guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for accounting.
- Process payments, post overnight room charges and review F&B and Retail checks.
- Monitor security and conduct periodic property walks.
- Ensure all departments have completed end-of-day procedures.
- Assist with reservations and member communications.
- Support setup for early morning events or services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in hospitality or accounting preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or accounting.
- Familiarity with club management software preferred (Northstar).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight hours.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Work Environment
Overnight shift at the club's front desk.
Requires extended periods of standing and occasional light lifting.

Salary & Work Schedule
$19/hour
FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
Would be required to have Saturday/Sunday/Monday night availability. Flexibility is important. Ability to pick up shifts when other Auditor is on Vacation.
