Join our new team in Port Richey, Florida!

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable experienced Geoprobe Operator to join our dynamic field services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating direct push drilling rigs (Geoprobe®) to install monitoring wells via direct push and hollow stem auger, collect soil, groundwater, and vapor samples for environmental investigations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience, thrives in outdoor environments, enjoys hands-on work, and values safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Geoprobe® drilling equipment safely and efficiently in a variety of field settings
  • Perform subsurface sampling of soil, groundwater, and soil gas
  • Assist with site mobilization, equipment setup, and maintenance
  • Document field activities and sample data accurately
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, clients, and field staff
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company protocols
  • Travel to job sites as needed (some overnight travel may be required)

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience operating Geoprobe® or similar direct-push equipment
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in last 2 years) - CDL a plus!
  • Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
