We're looking for a results driven Sales Engineer, in British Columbia (Based in the Central Okanagan) who thrives at the intersection of technology and client service. In this role, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted advisor helping companies solve real-world process challenges through engineered separation solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong customer relationships, expand market reach, and contribute to our organization's success. What You'll Do:

  • Manage technical sales opportunities from prospecting to proposal to delivery

  • Partner with engineers and operations to develop winning solutions

  • Travel to client sites across Ontario to consult, present, and support

  • Build long-term relationships in industries that value expertise and trust

What You Bring:

  • Degree in engineering or technical sciences, however we will consider equivalent experience.

  • 3–7 years of sales experience (technical capital equipment preferred)

  • Technical industry knowledge in dairy, brewery, O&G, wastewater, or other liquids process environment is a plus

  • A knack for simplifying complex technical concepts and able to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • A results-oriented mindset and the drive to work independently

  • Ability to present information in a compelling way to small and large groups of people.

  • Ability to work with a number of software platforms for business (CRM, pricing, communication, etc.)

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently within British Columbia with some overnight stays
