Job description

We are seeking a motivated Composite Manufacturing Operator . In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment and perform production procedures involved in the wrapping, curing, testing, finishing, and inspection of composite cylinders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment used in the production of composite cylinders.
  • Learn and operate all general production machines and supporting equipment as assigned, including:
    • Wrapping machines
    • Hydro testers
    • Loading and unloading gel racks
    • Cure ovens
    • Rework sanders
    • Coating equipment
    • Final inspection equipment
  • Maintain production within established tolerances while meeting productivity standards.
  • Produce high-quality products that meet company and customer specifications.
  • Perform routine equipment setup and minor maintenance as needed.
  • Complete material handling tasks to support production operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through routine housekeeping.
  • Assist with on-the-job training of new employees when required.
  • Operate multiple machines or work as part of a production crew as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn manufacturing equipment.
